What is Skills+ 3.0?

Promoting Employment for All

Skills+ 3.0 is a groundbreaking Erasmus+ project focused on enhancing employability for individuals with labor disabilities. By leveraging national and European skills competitions, personalized coaching, and inclusive workplace strategies, the initiative aims to create equitable opportunities across eight European countries. Building on the success of previous projects, Skills+ 3.0 seeks to expand its impact, fostering a labor market where abilities are celebrated and barriers are dismantled.

Our Journey Through the Years

Since our inception, we’ve been dedicated to empowering individuals with labor disabilities through innovative skills development and inclusive practices.

2015

Foundation of Skills Plus

Skills Plus was established with the mission to enhance employability for people with disabilities through specialized training and support.

2018

First National Skills Competition

We organized our inaugural national skills competition, showcasing the talents of participants and raising awareness about their capabilities.

2020

Expansion to European Level

Our project expanded to include European-wide competitions, fostering collaboration across borders and increasing our impact.

2023

Launch of Skills+ 3.0

Building on past successes, Skills+ 3.0 was launched to further enhance employability through innovative learning pathways and employer engagement.
